The screen shows a well defined ledge next to the Tennessee River channel.  The Largemouth Bass we caught were positioned on the shallow side as well as on top of the ledge.  Smallmouth Bass were positioned on the steep side of the ledge.  Richie Head (Photo) from Tennessee caught this Smallmouth Bass on a Shakey Head on the river side of the ledge. Our HDS 10 not only located these fish but gave us an idea of how deep we needed to fish to catch them. Without the aid of our electronics, locating a "sweet spot" like this wouldn't have been possible.

Randy, I just wanted to let you know what a great time I had with you on the water. I took this trip hoping to learn how to use my electronics to help me locate and catch fish. I was having such a difficult time putting it all together but with the instruction I received now I can use my electronics to become a better fisherman, something I could have not done on my own using books and manuals.  I was hoping for that special guided trip, but I have learned never to expect too much, but this was the best guided trip I have ever been on.  Catching an insane number of bass was a bonus and throwing back 3 and 4 pounders was crazy. Catching both a Smallmouth and a Largemouth over 5 pounds was icing on the cake.  Thanks for sharing your knowledge of electronics with me.  I would recommend anyone wanting to get the best out of their electronics to book a trip with Kick'n Bass!
